Music Monday - Let's Learn!
Task #1: MUSICPLAY - Every week a new link will be placed on the HOME PAGE under the various grades. The music concept focus is indicated below the grade.
You can complete all the activities in one day, however, it would be best to chunk out the parts over the course of several days.

Task #2: We will write a task for the week with supporting links and documents that we hope you enjoy! We have designed these tasks with fun and learning in mind and we are hoping to have parents and students join together.
You will access this page via the GROUP TABS at the top of the website (Kindergarten, Primary and Intermediate).
All documents will be listed under the THINK SHEETS TAB.
Connecting Point: We will be asking for students to share their explorations with us so that we can in turn share them with the WHOLE RVE COMMUNITY via picture and video tiles and mash-ups on private Youtube channels. We are all connected in this time and it is a wonderful way to share our identity and creativity in the arts!

Wednesday - The Art of Storytelling
Just like in the classroom, we will be posting a new link every week for "The Art of Storytelling." This is a routine that the students look forward to and enjoy seeing how artist's use various mediums to communicate a message. We are always riveted and the submissions are powerful pieces to spark more global family conversations.

We have placed some templates in the "Think Sheet" TAB for you to use to guide your chats or for student's to use to record their thinking and reactions.

Fun Friday!
Friday is all about giving you something fun, silly and maybe even dramatic
to kick off your family weekend!
It will be a small game, challenge or activity where our goal is to
add some laughter and creative energy to your home.

Spring Showcase --- Gradual Roll-Out
Many of the students at RVE were anticipating the annual upcoming Spring Showcase.
We would love to support students with exploring their artistic talents and help them in developing a performance or artifact to share with their classmates or school at large.
Over the upcoming weeks, we will be posting an inquiry question for students
to explore and will attach any necessary documents;
These can be completed as they embark on their journey to developing their own pieces.
