Music Monday - Let's Read Music!
The music staff is a universal language that you need to be fluent with!
Let’s start today’s lesson with some amazing inspiration! In this short clip, Bobby McFerrin demonstrates the power of the Pentatonic Scale. We had some fun singing along with the audience, you should try!

Let’s explore the concept of music reading further. What you will need to start are some coloured markers or crayons (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple & pink). Using your felts as boomwhackers, we are going to begin reading practice by playing along with Banana Boat on Musication. Notice how the notes move with the changes in pitch?
